What You Need

1-1/2
lb.  new potatoes, quartered
1/2
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1
tsp.  ancho chile pepper powder
1
can   (11 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
2
 green onions, sliced
1
small  red pepper, finely chopped
 Juice from 1 lime

Make It

COOK potatoes in boiling water 10 to 12 min. or until potatoes are tender; drain.

MIX mayo and ancho powder in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.

Special Extra
Add 1/2 tsp. ground cumin to the mayo mixture before tossing with the cooked potatoes.
Make Ahead
Salad can be refrigerated overnight before serving.
