  • Mix mayo and ancho powder in large bowl. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Prepare using KRAFT Lite Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.

Special Extra

Add 1/2 tsp. ground cumin to the mayo mixture before tossing with the cooked potatoes.
