  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix 1 cup of the flour, oats, 1/4 cup of the sugar and 1/2 tsp. of the cinnamon in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside.
  • Beat egg and ricotta in large bowl until well blended. Stir in apples, remaining 3/4 cup sugar, remaining 2 Tbsp. flour and remaining 1 tsp. cinnamon. Spoon into greased 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with the crumb mixture.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until apples are tender and mixture is hot and bubbly. Serve warm.
