Creamy Artichoke-Feta Salmon Parmesan

A mixture of artichoke hearts, mayo, grated Parmesan and crumbled feta make a savory topping for this easy baked salmon dish.

What You Need

can  (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1
pkg.  (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/3
cup  KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1
Tbsp.  lemon juice
1
clove  garlic, minced
4
 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb.)

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX first 6 ingredients.

PLACE fish in 13x9-inch baking dish; top evenly with artichoke mixture.

BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
