  • Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add shallots; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
  • Add asparagus, water and bouillon; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Blend asparagus mixture, in batches, in blender until smooth; return to saucepan. Stir in pasta sauce; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve topped with prosciutto and croutons.
