  • Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min. or until tender; drain.
  • Combine potatoes, bacon, celery, onions and chives in large bowl. Mix mayo and mustard until blended. Add to potato mixture; toss to evenly coat.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.


Prepare using KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise and substituting 2 sliced green onions for the chives.

How to Use Your Microwave

To cook potatoes in the microwave, place quartered potatoes in 3-qt. microwaveable bowl. Add 1/3 cup water; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 14 to 16 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring after 8 min.; drain.
