Creamy Bow-Tie Pasta with Chicken and Broccoli recipe

What You Need

cups (8 oz.) farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked

cups broccoli florets

Tbsp. KRAFT Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dressing

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)

cloves garlic, minced

cups tomato-basil spaghetti sauce

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the cooking water for the last 3 min. of the pasta cooking time. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook 5 min. Turn chicken over; continue cooking 4 to 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170ºF).

DRAIN pasta mixture in colander; return to pan and set aside. Add spaghetti sauce and Neufchatel to chicken in skillet; cook on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted, mixture is well blended and chicken is coated with sauce, stirring occasionally. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm. Add sauce mixture to pasta mixture; mix well. Transfer to six serving bowls.

CUT chicken crosswise into thick slices; fan out chicken over pasta mixture. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese.

This is one of my favorite recipes. I have been making it for a few years now and still enjoy it.

This recipe was fantastic. I made the chicken a little different did a parmesan crusted chicken in the oven and used vodka sauce instead of tomato basil. I have twin 5 year olds who eat like birds they gobbled it up. Definitely recommend and easy to make!!

Loved it! I did add sliced fresh mushrooms after the cream cheese was mixed in. I will add fresh grated parmesan to the sauce next time, as well as sun dried tomatoes.

This was fine, but not something I would make a lot. I didn't really like the cream cheese mixed in with the pasta sauce. It is just a personal preference.

Deeelicious! We really liked it. I did however alter the recipe slightly. I did increase the amount of cream cheese to 6 oz. And because I discovered at the last minute that I didn't have any Parmesan cheese, I used shredded cheddar cheese instead. I will definitely make this again only next time I will try it with the Parmesan cheese.

Wow! This was great! I made it by the recipe except I just cut up the chicken and mixed it in with the pasta. I will be making this one again for sure.

Didn't add broccoli or chicken. Made as a quick lunch with the bow ties and sauce as directed. Pretty good. Good way to use up the half block of cream cheese I had left from making fettuccine alfredo from this site. I actually crave that recipe. This, not so much I don't think. Would be good with frozen peas added to the water instead of broccoli. A cook in StL, MO.
