  • Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl with wire whisk at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice cream; mix well.
  • Pour into six dessert bowls. Refrigerate 30 min. or until set.
  • Top each serving with about 1 Tbsp. whipped topping just before serving.

Substitute

Substitute your favorite flavor of frozen yogurt or sorbet for the ice cream.

Variation

    I thought this recipe was really good and really simple! I would totally make this again. I cant wait to try it with different flavors. I think the amount of servings it said it would make is not true. We were able to make 2 decent size servings for the both of us.

    It is very very sweet if your not use to sweets like my family is. It was still good though

    While it tasted ok, it had a very odd texture that no one really liked.
