What You Need

cup boiling water

pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin

cups vanilla ice cream

1/3

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl with wire whisk at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice cream; mix well.

POUR into six dessert bowls. Refrigerate 30 min. or until set.

TOP each serving with about 1 Tbsp. whipped topping just before serving.

I thought this recipe was really good and really simple! I would totally make this again. I cant wait to try it with different flavors. I think the amount of servings it said it would make is not true. We were able to make 2 decent size servings for the both of us.

It is very very sweet if your not use to sweets like my family is. It was still good though

I have been making this dessert for YEARS! It is especially good with Cherry Jello. If you crave something smooth and creamy, this is the one.

This was so easy and awesome! Nobody guessed that it was simply Jello and ice cream. I used sugar free jell-o, and just the amount of ice cream the receipe calls for. I wouldn't change a thing - other than the number of servings. The recipe says this will make 6 servings, but I'd say it should really only be 4 servings - instead of 6 servings I squeezed it into 5, and everyone wanted more!

I made this using lowfat vanilla ice cream and thought it was super! It was easy and fast and very tasty. We all loved it. I topped each cup with a strawberry half instead of Cool Whip.
