To my surprise, this was awesome! If I didn't know better I would say I was eating whipped potatoes. I love the light texture it has and the flavor was spot on. I did use the onion and chives cream cheese for a little extra "umph".
Can't believe how much I ready like it. My husband will not even know that it's not mashed potatoes. I did add one potatoe in it and more parmesan cheese. It will become a regular at my home.
very good. i used a whole block of cream cheese though.
