I ended up adding, broccoli and carrots to the cauliflower. Then doubled the dressing recipe. I did find that making the dressing a day ahead of time taste better.
My family loved this. I only used 1/2 tablespoon of sugar. I am anxious to try this in the summer with meat cooked on the grill.
