Because I am a picky eater, I made a couple of changes to this recipe. I omitted mushrooms completely and instead of cottage cheese, I used ricotta cheese. Also, I mixed mozzarella and cheddar cheese together and found that it made a very tasty blend. I absolutely loved this recipe! It turned out to be a lot for just two of us, but because we like it some much we didn’t mind all the leftovers! This is a keeper and so far my favorite recipe from KRAFT.
