Oh Wow!! What a GREAT recipe that you can add stuff to to make it super delicious. I made this today and between three of us, plates were licked and leftovers started fights. I used chicken broth instead of water, doubled the cream cheese and omitted the bacon. SUPER EASY and fast. 20 minutes tops. Parmesan sprinkled on top after really was the icing on the cake. I used shells instead of bow-ties, holds sauce better.
