This was a hit in my household. I would recommend more sauce and more cheese. It was a little dry and if you are having leftovers it is a lot dry.
I made some modification to this recipes. I added a half of cup of bella mushrooms and white onions. I made sure to season to the chicken breast and I used red pepper as my choice of pepper to season the sauce.
Definitely a keeper! A touch of sweetness with the dark taste of bacon. Delicious. The down side is that when left over too much sauce is absorbed by the pasta, but still good. Makes me want to make it fresh again!
