  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Mix cream cheese spread, 2 Tbsp. milk and garlic powder in large bowl until blended. Add chicken, broccoli, shredded cheese and remaining milk; mix well. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  • Bake 25 min. Meanwhile, mix cracker crumbs and butter.
  • Stir chicken mixture; top with crumbs. Bake, uncovered, 10 min. or until chicken mixture is heated through and crumb topping is golden brown.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit.

Substitute

Substitute 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen green beans for the frozen broccoli.

    I love this recipe as is. I never have a problem with excess liquid. Not sure if people aren't thawing and draining the broccoli or what. This is one of my favorite comfort foods. I'd probably pick this over eating at a restaurant. It's just got all the flavors I love.

    This recipe is delicious! It's hard to find dishes my husband really loves, but this is one! A few things I did differently after reading the comments. First, I used fresh broccoli that I steamed. I think this helped cut down on some of the water, some were complaining about. Second, I used a jalape?o cheddar that I shredded myself. It added just a tiny kick and a TON of flavor! Definitely an easy meal to make again and again.
