I was pleasantly surprised with how this recipe turned out. I had to defrost my chicken in the microwave first, so it cooked slightly. I used the steamed bag broccoli and cooked it in the microwave first. I think this cut down on the excess liquid other reviews mentioned. After the first 25 minutes the chicken was relatively cooked (they were cut into small cube about 1 in. each), as a precaution I dumped some of the excess liquid (maybe half a cup)in the end I don't even think that was necessary. I added some additional cheese when I added the crackers, making the dish very cheesy, which my husband and I like. After taking it out of the oven, the liquid solidified some. The dish was very tasty and we would have it again. I was going to make rice as other reviews mentioned, but even my husband, thinks it may have been too much food. The dish was surprisingly filling.
