You'd think the creamy pasta would be one of the best features of this chicken and broccoli dish. But 20 minutes start to finish is pretty nice, too!

What You Need

cup  MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
lb.  (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut up
oz.  fettuccine, cooked, drained

Make It

HEAT dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

STIR in broccoli and VELVEETA. Reduce heat to low; cook until VELVEETA is melted, stirring occasionally.

ADD hot fettuccine; toss until well coated.

To quick-thaw frozen vegetables, microwave for about half the cooking time specified on the package.
Perfect Pasta
For perfect pasta that's cooked just right, test it often near the end of the cooking time suggested on the package. The perfect pasta is done when it's tender, but still slightly firm as you bite into it. To keep the pasta from cooking any further, immediately drain it in a colander.
Substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips for the cut-up fresh chicken. Cook and stir chicken breast strips, dressing, broccoli and VELVEETA on medium-low heat until heated through. Toss with fettuccine until well coated.
