Substitute 1 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp for the chicken. Cook and stir peppers and broccoli in hot oil in large skillet 5 min. Add shrimp; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Add cooking crème; continue as directed.
Prepare using multi-grain or whole wheat rotini pasta.

I made this for dinner with my husband and we added a few twists: I marinated the chicken breast in italian dressing and balsamic vinegar for a few hours before cooking with vegetables. I don't care for peppers so we used frozen chopped broccoli and halved cherry tomatoes. Yum! I also cooked the mixture in garlic infused olive oil and a bit more balsamic vinegar.
Incredibly amazing flavors. My fiance loved it. I also added cayenne pepper, pepper/salt, and bullion. cooked the chicken and veggies in water and butter. really great.
