LOVED this recipe!! Will definitely make again. I used roasted red peppers instead of Green Chiles (all i had or else i would've used green chiles). I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning. I also grilled the chicken and then shredded it. Great flavor!!
