Rated 5 out of 5 by from This dish is delicious and fairly easy. This dish is delicious and fairly easy. The shredding of the chicken is the most time consuming part. I've used a rotisserie chicken before or grill my own chicken breasts, and I usually add some ground cumin & chili powder to the chicken, just for a little more flavor. I also add about 1/2 cup more of the sour cream & salsa because we like more of the sauce. Great recipe!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent dish! Excellent dish! So easy. Better than in a restaurant. Added a little fresh cilantro to the chicken mixture and used cheddar/cream cheese shredded cheese. Will make extra sauce next time to pour over top.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious! Delicious! Followed recipe as is and its great! The only thing I would do different next time is make more sour cream/salsa mixture to have more for the topping..probably 1-1/2 C each, that way there is 1C left over for topping. This recipe is a keeper!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic! Fantastic! easy! My son, husband and I loved it. We have a favorite mexican resturant and this recipe would rival theirs! I will make over and over again. I followed the recipe and would not change anything the next time around. When it's not broke no need to fix it!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious and satisfying. Delicious and satisfying. I cook for two, so I shared half with my retired neighbors who love tex-mex style cooking and they loved it as well. I seasoned my chicken before cooking with a cumin based mixture. I also added a little more cheese. Served with black beans and yellow rice...terrific!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious and Simple I made this recipe, it was very simple with a few changes that I made. Instead of using canned green chilies, I used a green chile verde salsa and i boiled my chicken with taco seasoning, this dish came out tasty and very light! Yummy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVED this recipe! LOVED this recipe!! Will definitely make again. I used roasted red peppers instead of Green Chiles (all i had or else i would've used green chiles). I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning. I also grilled the chicken and then shredded it. Great flavor!!
