Delicious! I added fajita seasoning to the chicken mix as well as the verde sauce. I like a lot of flavor and spice so it was a little bland without it for my liking. Otherwise it was great!
LOVED this recipe!! Will definitely make again. I used roasted red peppers instead of Green Chiles (all i had or else i would've used green chiles). I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning. I also grilled the chicken and then shredded it. Great flavor!!
