Creamy Chicken Fajitas Recipe

What You Need

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1

cup each thin onion slices and green pepper strips

1

tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Santa Fe Blend Cooking Creme

8

flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed

1

cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Make It

COOK chicken and vegetables in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 6 to 7 min. or until chicken is done.

ADD cooking creme; cook and stir 2 min.

SPOON down centers of tortillas; top with shredded cheese. Fold in half.

Yum! I will absolutely make this again. Only thing I changed was using red peppers instead of green.

These are good, my family enjoyed them. They are so easy to make. I only used half of the tub of cream cheese and that was plenty!

For 2 chicken breasts, I added half the container of cooking creme, and it was perfect. Used sliced red bell pepper instead of green; also added some spicy salsa to the chicken and veg mixture. Very good change from the usual.

I made this and i loved it and added cilantro and i loved it, my husband was like "eh" haha but i dont care i will make it again and he'll have to love it too. :)
