Creamy Chicken Fettuccine Skillet with Parmesan

A blend of Parmesan and milk provides the creamy in this quick and easy chicken fettuccine skillet. (And when we say quick, we mean 25-minute quick!)

What You Need

1/2
lb.  fettuccine, uncooked
3
Tbsp.  olive oil
1
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips

Tbsp.  flour
1
cup  fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/2
cup  milk
1/3
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min. or until done. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD flour to skillet; cook and stir on medium heat 1 min. or until hot and bubbly. Stir in broth, milk and cheese; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until thickened.

DRAIN pasta. Add to sauce with chicken; toss to evenly coat.
