Multigrain rotini pasta, broth and three kinds of cheese take this yummy chicken bake to a whole new level of deliciousness.

What You Need

cups  multi-grain rotini pasta, uncooked
cups  small broccoli florets
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
cup  fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
oz.  (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min.

MEANWHILE, cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min., stirring frequently. Stir in broth; simmer 3 min. or until chicken is done. Add Neufchatel; cook and stir on low heat 1 min. or until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup mozzarella.

DRAIN pasta mixture. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish; cover.

BAKE 15 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses; bake, uncovered, 3 min. or until mozzarella is melted.

Special Extra
Add 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves to skillet along with the chicken.
Bake in 2-qt. casserole instead of the square baking dish.
How to Safely Handle Raw Chicken
Always wash hands, preparation surfaces and utensils in hot, soapy water before and after contact with raw chicken. Dry hands and surfaces with a clean towel or paper towels. Take special care in washing worn cutting boards as there may be hard-to-clean grooves or cracks that can collect bacteria.
