I actually used fresh spinach instead of broccoli rabe. I turned pasta off and then added the spinach and let it sit in water for a few minutes. I used ziti since I already had a box opened. I liked this more than I thought I would. Hubby said it was good but didn't go for seconds.
I used whole wheat pasta and it was very good. I like the recipe very much, but it was a little dry. Next time I will use less pasta - 1 1/2 cups. It was my first time to use the cooking creme. It's very easy and very tasty.
