This was really good. I followed the recipe and only thing I would have done differently was saute the chicken like I've recently been doing and instead of adding minced onions, I would have used garlic powder, basil, cayenne while cooking the chicken but I'd make this again for sure and I added broccoli instead of snow peas.
great recipe....I added 1/2 pound bacon cut into 1/2" slices and cooked it with the chicken and onions. It is true, bacon makes it better. Next I think I will try 1/2 lb of proscuitto sliced thinly
