I Really Like this recipe, it's simple and easy to make. I added a little fresh Parmesan cheese and made some toast to go along with it. This dish is an excellent staple for the cold winter months to come.
This was the best, so easy. I used Uncle Bens Long Grain and Wild Rice, used 1/2 milk, 1/2 water.
The trick is to stir it almost constantly, the rice was trying to stick to the bottom, and I could tell the soup was going to scorch. I turned it down real low and stir, stir, stir. Well worth it, great dinner for my husband and I, a side of apple, cheese and crackers. Too bad we didn't have wine!
This was an easy recipe. I also added some broccoli I had left over and it was super!!!!
