This was the best, so easy. I used Uncle Bens Long Grain and Wild Rice, used 1/2 milk, 1/2 water.
The trick is to stir it almost constantly, the rice was trying to stick to the bottom, and I could tell the soup was going to scorch. I turned it down real low and stir, stir, stir. Well worth it, great dinner for my husband and I, a side of apple, cheese and crackers. Too bad we didn't have wine!
