  • Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 min. Add zucchini; cook 2 min., stirring frequently. Stir in pasta sauce. Bring just to boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until chicken is done. Add Neufchatel; cook 1 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain spaghetti. Serve topped with chicken mixture and Parmesan.

Special Extra

Top spaghetti with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or parsley along with the Parmesan.

I came to the website and entered my ingredients and this recipe popped up. I had everything bu the neufetal cheese and it was amazing! What a fresh summery twist on spaghetti. It was easy, quick and very filling. I added fresh garlic and onions (like I normally do with our spaghetti) and just loved it. I will definitely make this again!!

Usually when I make healthy and/or low calorie recipes, my husband and I both find the dishes dull and flavorless. This dish was really a nice suprise. It's been added officially to my repertoire of recipes and we will definitely be making this again. The zuccini definitely works well in this recipe. It was my favorite part.

I substituted substituted butternut squash for the zucchini and Ricotta cheese for the Neufchatel cheese as I had them available. Both my husband and daughter loved the meal. I also added an onion and several garlic cloves which made it even better. it was easy to make, flexible with ingredients ,nutritious and tasted great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great one dish meal, so put a lot of veggies in. Great one dish meal, so put a lot of veggies in. I chopped the chicken in a food processor to avoid large chunks. I also chopped and added California Blend Veggies because I didn't have zucchini. I doubled the dressing, added a little sugar to the sauce, and added a little extra cream cheese. Delicious.

Next time I will not use the cream cheese, and I added minced garlic and fresh basil from my garden. If you like bland dishes this is a good one for you-- but for flavor- add lots of spices!

It was an unexpected gem of a dinner, even for my kids (one of whom dislikes zucchini). Adding this to the keeper pile. Very tasty!! (we did use the house italian rather than zesty b/c we prefer it)

I did add a small diced onion and sliced mushrooms and a couple fire roasted red peppers to the dish after I sauteed the chicken. This recipe is definitely a 'keeper'!! Thank you for sharing it! :)

Whole family loved it even my son AKA the picky eater and his friend gobbled it up zicchini and all. This is definitely going in the rotation. I used low fat cream cheese instead of Neufchatel, thru in some fresh garlic and mushrooms and it was DELISH!
