I used frozen carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower. Very good!
Great one dish meal, so put a lot of veggies in. I chopped the chicken in a food processor to avoid large chunks. I also chopped and added California Blend Veggies because I didn't have zucchini. I doubled the dressing, added a little sugar to the sauce, and added a little extra cream cheese. Delicious.
