Great recipe, kids loved! I used regular long grain rice and just upped the simmer time to 20 minutes.
Super Easy and REALLY Good! We ate ours with some corn chips crumbled on top the rice. Next time, I may add some veggies like black beans and/or corn. Overall, really great recipe!
