Creamy Chicken-Vegetable Rice Medley

What You Need

1
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2
cup  fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
4
oz.  (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
1
pkg.  (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
2
cups  hot cooked long-grain white rice

Make It

COOK and stir chicken in skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until done. Stir in broth; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.

ADD Neufchatel; cook 2 to 3 min. or until melted, stirring frequently. Add vegetables; stir gently.

LET stand, covered, 5 min. Serve over rice.
