This recipe is really easy & has become a family favorite. I Substituted petite peas for the sugar snap peas & the family liked it better.I also have used different kinds of pasta & all are equally good.

I added extra grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to this recipe for more flavor; left out the snow peas because we didn't have any on hand; and used two pounds of shrimp instead of one. It was delicious! My other half has been requesting it ever since. Will be making it again tonight. :-)

I wanted to cook it because Chive & Onion is my favorite cream cheese, but the flavor of the cream cheese didn't transfer well into the meal. It was bad, just not as flavorful as I'd hoped.
