Prepare as directed, using JELL-O Orange Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin.
Use a sharp paring knife to section fresh oranges or grapefruit. Cut a 1/2-inch-thick slice off both the top and bottom ends of the fruit. Cut the peel and white pith away from the fruit, using a downward cutting motion following the shape of the fruit. Place the peeled fruit piece on its side, then cut down along the membrane on both sides of each section to remove the fruit.
Peel away orange or grapefruit skin. Cut down against either side of membrane "dividers" with paring knife and lift out sections. Do this over a bowl to catch the juice.

this was good a nice change from typical fruit salad
This recipe was easy to make and came out looking just like the picture. It was tangy and delicious.
I made it with Lemon sugar-free gelatin and it came out exactly as the picture. I followed all the steps closely. It's really simple to make. It tastes awesome!!!
