    Very bland, expected it to have more taste...tasted like Cool Whip...even added coconut flavoring to it...

    I made this 3 times over the Christmas holiday, and everyone loved it! It's important to use softened cream cheese (I mixed it in my Magic Bullet), and next time I will add some toasted coconut to make it a little "prettier" and add extra coconut flavor
