Rated 2 out of 5 by from We are not fans of cilantro so I reduced that by half. We are not fans of cilantro so I reduced that by half. Still too much for our tastes. I made it for a group, only one person liked it. I did like the addition of jicama and radishes and might add that to a coleslaw, but with a different base. I thought I might like the lime flavor, and maybe I'll try that again, using parsley. The cilantro was just too overbearing. Also would omit jalapeno pepper.

The jalapeno pepper gave it just the right amount of heat (if you like that sort of thing). I thought this would be an excellent crunch to fish tacos. I'll do that next time.
