Creamy Corn Soup with Hot Dogs

Cream-style corn and chicken broth are blended until smooth and mixed with chopped hot dogs and shredded cheese in a soup that tastes like summer.

What You Need

cans  (14.75 oz. each) cream-style corn
1
can  (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4
tsp.  ground red pepper (cayenne)
1
small  red bell pepper, chopped
3
 OSCAR MAYER Wieners, chopped
1/2
cup  KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
 Saltine crackers

Make It

BLEND corn, broth and ground red pepper in blender until smooth.

COOK bell peppers and wieners in large saucepan sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender. Add corn mixture; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.

TOP with cheese. Serve with crackers.
