Creamy Deviled Eggs

What You Need

hard-cooked eggs

1/2

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

Tbsp. CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish

tsp. yellow mustard

1/4

tsp. salt

Dash pepper

Dash paprika

Make It

CUT eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks; mash in small bowl. Add dressing, relish, mustard and seasonings; mix well.

SPOON or pipe yolk mixture evenly into centers of whites.

Substitute

Prepare using MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing.

Make Ahead

Eggs can be made ahead of time. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Substitute

Substitute KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise for MIRACLE WHIP Salad Dressing.

I suggest making these ahead, not just before serving. I nearly threw away the whole batch (I doubled the recipe for a work going-away party) from taste-testing just after preparing these. The Miracle Whip taste was overwhelming. Since I made them the night before, I put them in the fridge and hoped for the best. They are MUCH better after sitting overnight - the filling "sets" and the flavors meld.

This recipe was delicious! It definitely was very creamy and it was easy to make. One thing that made it easier for me was to put the ingredients in a bag after I had mixed them and cut a small hole in one end of the bag to squeeze the ingredients out onto the egg.

I have used basically this same recipe for years; however, I use about 1/2 the amount of dressing called for in this recipe. We like a less creamy texture to our deviled eggs.

this is also the recipe I use. I omit salt and pepper and add juice from sweet pickles along with the relish.
