  • Mix eggnog, 1 tub of the whipped topping and cinnamon in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add rum extract and ice cubes; mix well.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with dollops of remaining whipped topping just before serving. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.

Special Extra

Place cinnamon sticks next to the punch bowl for guests to use as stirrers in their cups of punch.

Substitute

Substitute 1 cup rum for the 2 tsp. rum extract.

So did everyone else. I had a little leftover in which I brought to a family function two days later and they still loved it.

I liked very much this recipe but I substituted rum from brandy and instead of one cup I used 1 1/2 cup of brandy and it was excelent. My guest loved. So I suggest that if you use rum, use a little more.
