Creamy Eggs and Bacon on Toast

What You Need

Tbsp.  flour
1
cup  milk
1/2
tsp.  chicken bouillon granules
1
Tbsp.  butter
4
 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4
slices  whole grain bread, toasted
1
pkg.  (2.1 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon
1/2
cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Dash  black pepper

Make It

PLACE flour in medium saucepan. Gradually add milk, stirring with wire whisk until well blended. Add boullion and butter; cook on medium heat 4 min. or until sauce is thickened and just begins to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add eggs; cook 1 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

PLACE 1 toast slice on each of four plates.

HEAT bacon as directed on package. Place on toast; cover with egg mixture, cheese and pepper.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with fresh fruit to round out the meal.
Special Extra
Prepare as directed, adding 1/3 cup frozen peas to the thickened sauce before adding the eggs.
Variation
Do not heat bacon. Prepare recipe as directed, cutting the bacon into 1-inch pieces and adding to the sauce along with the eggs.
