Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was great! This recipe was great! I used fresh broccoli and cherry tomatoes from my garden. I am not a big fan of raw broccoli, so I blanched it in boiling water for about 2 minutes to take the sharp edge off. I want to try this as a main dish with some smoked chicken or imitation crab mixed in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent recipe. Excellent recipe. I added the broccoli, carrot and onion to the pasta in it's last 3 minutes of cooking, which really made it good. Also, as always, we replaced the pasta with whole wheat and used fat-free Ranch and cottage cheese, lowering the fat and raising the fiber.
