It was very, very, runny and tasted like bland mayo. Yuck!
I made this recipe, refrigerated for 2 hours, then served. It had a sour cream flavor, with little salsa taste. The next day it was much better. I would making it the night before..if I make it again.
I made this without the Parmesan cheese, it was still good. I always mix salsa and sour cream to serve with tortilla chips.
