I couldn't find a low fat sponge cake in the supermarket, but used an angel food cake and it was really good. Low fat, easy to make, delicious, and generally good for you - exactly what I look for in a recipe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very easy to do recipe. A very easy to do recipe. It works best if the pudding is thick and doesn't sink and you use fresh fruit. (Frozen will make it soggy).
