Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
This tasty recipe can be assembled ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 2 hours. When ready to serve, bake, covered, 35 to 40 min. or until vegetable mixture is heated through and topping is lightly browned, uncovering for the last 10 min.
Substitute broccoli florets for the cauliflower and/or fresh cilantro for the parsley.

Great recipe! And easy to make. Can be used as a main dish or a side dish.
Had to make substitutions for PH savory garlic cooking creme. Not available in my area or no longer made. I used 2 packages of frozen cauliflower and 2 packages of Neufchatel cheese and 1 clove minced garlic.
I made this for company and they loved it and asked for the recipe.
This is delicious! My family loved it. It is a different take on cauliflower.
