  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  • Add dressing, vegetables, soy sauce and garlic; stir. Cook, covered, 7 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), stirring occasionally.
  • Serve over hot cooked rice.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with 1 sliced green onion just before serving.


Prepare as directed, using MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing and lite soy sauce. Substitute 2-2/3 cups hot cooked brown rice for the 3 cups hot cooked white rice.

    I would double the miracle whip and soy sauce. I cut my chicken up in strips so the chicken would soak up some of the flavor.
