SUBSTITUTED: BONLESS THIGHS AS BREAST ARE BLAND AND DRY. 1/2 CUP MAYO AS MIRICLE WHIP IS TOO SWEET USED REAL RICE AS CONVERTED RICE HAS A CHEMICAL TASTE. COOKED IN NONSTICK WOK. MY WIFE AND I DO NOT HAVE A CHOLESTRIOL PROBLEM AND ARE NOT OVERWEIGNT THEREFORE WE TRY TO EXCLUDE LIGHT INGREDIENTS. THE DISH IS VERY TASTY AND WE WILL BE MAKING IT AGAIN. I DONT KNOWW WHY MOST MODEREN COOKS FORGET THAT A CHICKEN HAS OTHER GOOD PARTS BESIDES BREAST.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This tasted just like what you get in a Chinese restaurant! This tasted just like what you get in a Chinese restaurant! My five-year-old evenloved it!. I did take everyone's suggestions and actually tripled the recipe on the sauce mxiture and added a whole 16oz. bag of veggies. Two cups of veggies was definetley not enough. The moisture of the veggies and the sauce made the chicken so tender. I cooked thechicken for 15minutes befoer I added veggies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was so easy & tasted to good! This was so easy & tasted to good! I've already made it twice, once with rice, then with pasta. Instead of using 4 chicken breasts I used 2 and cut then into cubes & stir fried them, then added the entire cooked chicken mixture to cooked pasta. It turned out just like one of those packaged chicken meals...only better. Next time I may change it again & substitute shrimp for the chicken.

This recipe came out very well-I used cut up chicken thighs instead of breasts, and a package of mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, and green beans) instead of the stir-fry style. I also made extra sauce w/ a bit of lemon juice, and mixed that up before adding it to the chicken. It was quick and easy with stuff people already have and I'd make it again. Even my husband enjoyed it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We enjoyed this recipe very much. We enjoyed this recipe very much. We found it easy to make and delicious. We would probably make half as much sauce the next time. Also, I cut up fresh vegetables that we had on hand. It added more time to preparation, but the dish was crisper. We use a lot of chicken in our meals and we're always looking for something different. This worked out perfectly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I have made this recipe twice now. I have made this recipe twice now. Once I doubled the sauce recipe the second time I tripled it. It's supper easy but I didn't love it. I made it with angel hair pasta and thought that was a nice touch. The chicken needs to cook a lot longer than the recipe calls for so plan for that. Might make it again in a pinch because it's so easy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is awesome. This recipe is awesome. My family asks for this every week and we have made this a few times. I did add a some fresh corn to this and also got the stir fry vegy's with the chinese seasoning. This is a very easy recipe to double or triple due to a large crowd. The creamy garlic chicken is number one in our book!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I absolutely loved this recipe, and so did a friend I had over to try it. I absolutely loved this recipe, and so did a friend I had over to try it. My husband, however, did not like it. This is possibly due to the fact that he hates chinese food. I tripled the sauce mixture so I had a lot to mix with the rice, and this did make it actually creamy. It was very, very good.
