Very good, but I would change this recipe to say "put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth - about 2 minutes does it!
No "grainy taste" as the previous commentor claimed.
I ADDED ABOUT 5 CLOVES OF GARLIC (WE LOVE GARLIC) A TINY BIT EXTRA OF MILK SO IT WAS JUST A LITTLE THINNER AND SOME GARLIC SALT. AT FIRST IT DOES TASTE MOSTLY OF SOUR CREAM, BUT EVEN JUST AN HOUR LATER IT TASTED GREAT. I WOULD SUGGEST MAKING IT 2 DAYS BEFORE YOU WANT TO USE IT. ITS ALSO REALLY GOOD IF YOU USE A LOT OF ROASTED GARLIC INSTEAD OF RAW.
Terrible. Tasted like parmesan cheese and sour cream mixed together even after adding double the amount of garlic. Had a very grainy texture too.
