cup  BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1
Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/2
tsp.  salt
1/4
tsp.  cracked black pepper
1
clove  garlic, minced
1/4
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4
cup  milk

Make It

MIX all ingredients in small bowl or glass measuring cup with wire whisk until well blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use, or up to 1 week.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

TIP
Add an additional spoonful of milk if you prefer a thinner dressing.
Variation - Blue Cheese-Onion Dressing
Prepare as directed, substituting ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese for the Parmesan cheese and 1 Tbsp. chopped green or red onion for the garlic.
