Very good. Substituted broccoli for the tomatoes. Family said it was a keeper.
I did a variation in that I added French onions instead of red onions and I added broccoli to the mix and it was wonderful, my family loves it
This was surprisingly good, even my kids loved it. If you leave out the croutons this would make a nice hot dip.
