  • Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add mushrooms and ham; cook 6 to 7 min. or until liquid is cooked off. Stir in milk; bring to boil. Add cream cheese and frozen vegetables; stir. Cook 3 min. or until cream cheese is melted and vegetables are heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain spaghetti; return to pan. Add sauce; toss to evenly coat spaghetti.


Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
