cups  mixed fresh broccoli florets and red pepper strips
Tbsp.  oil
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
cup  milk
oz.  (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

Make It

COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding vegetables to the cooking water for the last 3 min.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 8 min. or until done. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD milk and cream cheese to skillet; cook on low heat 5 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken and shredded cheese.

DRAIN pasta mixture; place on serving plate. Top with chicken mixture and Parmesan.

Keeping it Safe
Cutting raw boneless chicken breasts into pieces is a slippery task. Make it safer and prevent the knife from slipping by cutting the chicken while it is partially frozen.
Substitute 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled or Italian Style Chicken Breast for the cooked fresh chicken strips. Cook pasta and vegetables as directed; drain, then return to pan. Add chicken, milk, cream cheese and shredded cheese; continue as directed.
