  • Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup dressing, half the garlic and thyme.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Carefully add tablespoons of potato mixture, in batches, to skillet; flatten with spatula. Cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
  • Mix mayo, remaining dressing and garlic. Serve with fritters.
