Creamy Jicama Slaw with Bacon

No cabbage necessary for this creamy, crunchy, colorful slaw—just jicama and carrots chopped matchstick-thin. Oh, and bacon.

What You Need

1/4
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1
Tbsp.  lime juice
1/8
tsp.  ground red pepper (cayenne)
1
  jicama, peeled, cut into thin matchlike sticks
1
  carrot, cut into thin matchlike sticks
1/4
cup   chopped fresh cilantro
4
slices  cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled

Make It

MIX mayo, lime juice and pepper until blended.

COMBINE remaining ingredients except bacon in large bowl. Add mayo mixture; mix lightly.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Stir in bacon just before serving.
