Serving Suggestion

Serve with fresh fruit and a quick bagged salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.

Preparing Perfect Pasta

Follow the package directions to ensure that enough water is used for cooking the pasta. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente (tender but still a little firm to the bite), stirring frequently. To prevent pasta from sticking, add it slowly to plenty of boiling water and stir frequently while cooking. Adding oil to the cooking water is not recommended because some sauces may not cling to pasta coated with oil.

This recipe was good but I am only giving it 4 stars due to the following reasons: I could not find the cooking crème anywhere in my area. I went to three different grocery stores and in 2 of them it looked like they are phasing out the cooking crème. One store is the largest Kroger in the Midwest and they still did not carry it. Also, I could not find the 5 cheese Italian shreds with Philadelphia. So, I replaced the cooking crème with ricotta and added Italian seasoning, and used regular 5 cheese Italian shredded cheese. Overall it was a satisfying dish but since I could not find 2 of the special ingredients it didn't seem any different from other lasagna roll-ups that I have made.

I made the cream filling using Neufchatel Cheese, 8 oz and thinned with chicken broth plus added Italian seasonings. I did find the sauce a little runny so next time will use less broth, I prefer using Kraft Neufchatel in place of any cream cheese. I only made half the noodles but all the cheese and the dish was great. I sprinkled an Italian blend of fine shredded cheese on the top before baking. It is definitely a keeper and even when eating the leftovers my husband said several times he really liked the dish. I guess my old standby lasagna recipe has bit the dust after having this dish. Oh well this is so much easier to prepare. Try it you will like it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this new take on lasagna. I love this new take on lasagna. This was so easy to make. I have been watching my calories and substituted home made spaghetti sauce for store bought. I also used cottage cheese instead of the philly cooking cream. The last thing I did was sort of an opps. I added the grated parm cheese into the cheese mixture instead of on top. Either way it was fabulous. So adding this to the monthly meal menu.

This was pretty easy to make and my husband loved it to the point that he looked over into the kitchen at the leftovers and said "I'm going to eat ALL of that" (I didn't let him ;-) The filling didn't quite yield 3TB per roll, so I recommend using 3 scant tablespoons so you don't run out before the last noodle. Leftovers were just as yummy, if not more (because all I had to do was heat them).

I made this last night, only I substituted an equal amount of my own homemade spaghetti sauce which has italian sausage and ground beef. Other than that I stuck to the recipe. I love italian food, lasagna in particular, but my husband isn't too fond of it, and this recipe made us both very happy! This recipe is very definitely going in my "keeper" file!

I made this recipe, it was easier than I thought, I use Ground Turkey instead of Ground Beef, My family loved it, so I'm making this dish again. It was hard to find Italian Herb Cooking Cream Cheese so I made my own, bought Philadelphia Chive Cream Cheese and added Italian Herb seasoning. Super Delicious.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious. Delicious. I knew it was a hit when my husband said, you should make this again. Made one slight modification; I used half lean ground beef, and half Italian sausage for a little extra spice. Easier and less time consuming than a traditional lasagna.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super ! Super ! I just made this recipe. My 10 years old daughter love it. I just can wait to hear my husband opinion! The only ingredient I changed was ground beef. I used mild Italian sausage just because I have it in refrigerated. Yumyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
