this was delicious! i have made it several times. i did peel the asparagus the first time i made it and it was a nightmare! currently, i just cut the asparagus into pieces. i plan on trying shredding the asparagus next. besides that other changes i made was to use 1 pound of spaghetti, entire package of ***** cheese (philly is the best!!) and no bouillon cube (too much salt for me). my entire family loves this!!!!
This was absolutely delicious, I added a bit of chicken to it as my husband likes his meats but with or without this will be a favorite of mine and made often. I agree with the others though that shaving the Asparagus was a nightmare, my tip is to find the biggest fattest Asparagus you can it will make it a bit easier. I also added the tips to the pasta, I **** wasting asparagus
