  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package, using the Light Prep directions. Add all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and garlic powder; mix lightly.
  • Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining ingredients. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until bread crumbs are toasted and casserole is heated through.

To freeze casserole, line casserole dish with heavy-duty foil; spray with cooking spray. Assemble recipe in prepared casserole dish as directed; freeze until firm. Once frozen, lift contents out of casserole dish. Wrap with additional foil, then return to freezer. When ready to serve, return frozen casserole to casserole dish. Thaw in refrigerator and bake as directed.


Substitute 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas for the peas and pearl onions.
