Rated 4 out of 5 by from My children (12 & 16) love spinach dip. My children (12 & 16) love spinach dip. Thought this would be a great dip and lower in calories. It was good. Better hot. Served it with reduced fat wheat thins. Didn't feel so bad eating as much. Definitely blend in food processor if you want to hide the cottage cheese.
