I've made this numerous times. While this appetizer is colorful (though not quite as pretty in person), it is always a big hit. For people that are watching salt or don't like salty at all, steer clear. To me, it has a normal salty flavor, not too much, and the combo of flavors blends wonderfully. It's a quick and easy to put together.
Every time I make this dip, I get a ton of compliments! So easy to make, too!
