Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've made this numerous times. I've made this numerous times. While this appetizer is colorful (though not quite as pretty in person), it is always a big hit. For people that are watching salt or don't like salty at all, steer clear. To me, it has a normal salty flavor, not too much, and the combo of flavors blends wonderfully. It's a quick and easy to put together.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was great; everyone loved it! This was great; everyone loved it! The only thing I would do different is maybe a little less olives. I made this 24 hrs in advance and would recommend that but if you can't do that long, then I think at least 4 hrs. It will be more flavorful the longer it sits.

The time line I beleive would be to have the peppers, olive and cheese mixture should set for an hour at least. Also I would add garlic and a bit of mayo to the cream cheese (easy to get on crackers and another layer of flavor)

I followed the instructions but it turned out more like a dip then spread, which is fine but not really impressed by it.
